As regular customer at Waitrose who cannot recommend them
highly enough for the customer service they provide.
I felt that i had to add a above and beyond to the list to day.
I had occasion to go into waitrose to buy pain relief due to a pulled back ,was in considerable pain ,only to find nothing on the shelf ,a couple of the partners explained all sold out re Corona virus.
did not have the energy to walk back into town so went to check out ,Imagine my surprise when i was in the queue and a partner walked up with 2 boxs of Painrelief,
That person seeing my plight and pain had gone to the back store and checked delivery .
That person deserved the golden ticket for above and beyond

I felt that i had to add a above and beyond to the list to day.
