JUST THOUGHT I'D BE POSITIVE ABOUT THE ROYAL MAIL (WHICH IVE ALWAYS LIKED).... AFTER ALL IN THE PAST THATS ALL WE HAD ..THIS GREAT INSTITUTION.......WELL ALL AND SUNDRY HAVE JUMPED IN...TODAY I SAW A DELIVERY COURIER PUT A PARCEL IN A GREEN BIN (AMONGST ALL THE GUNK AND GRASS)...WHAT SORT OF SERVICE IS THAT?.......YEAH I KNOW IT'S A PAIN GOING TO YOUR LOCAL MAIN SORTING DEPOT...(IVE BEEN THERE TO PICK UP CHRISTMAS CARDS WITH NO STAMP ON..AS IM SURE MANY OF YOU HAVE)....AND I AGREE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUL COME UP A COUPLE OF GEAR'S..II USED TO WORK IN RETAIL AND WE HAD TO BE FREINDLY ALL DAY....... SHOCKED TO HEAR SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN UPSET AND HUMILIATED......THINK STAFF HAVE BEEN BOMBARDED WITH TECHNOLOGY (TRACKING AND SCANNING ETC).......

They never have enough staff to deal with amount of people turning up to collect. Whenever we go the queue stretches way out of the building. When we do finally get to the front of the queue they have frequently and increasingly mislaid our items . They clearly don't have the staff capacity to deal with the demand, so why do they not make more of an effort to leave items in your allocated safe place. I'd love to ask them this question but can't get through to customer services. Have tried intermitentlly over the past 2 days - no joy. Very frustrated with Royal Mail at the moment.

Park there vans anywhere they care in the street to maximise the difficulties for residents and often across and in front of drives and parked cars to stop them getting out. It seems they enjoy their notoriety

It s 12-30 now on Saturday 30of September. I have just been to my mail box and there is a card telling me that they tried to deliver a parcel at 11-30. I am quite sure that 12-30 is later than 11-30. Why did they not ring my bell. This happens all the time. I am so sick of arranging redelivery.

Very surly and unpleasant people work here. Not all of them admittedly, but TBH most of them need to go an a customer services training course. I saw an old lady leave here in tears because of the way she was treated when they had lost her parcel.
They have admitted loosing a parcel of mine recently and despite numerous requests for a manager to contact me, initially to apologise; I've heard absolutely nothing. Frankly the attitude seems to be; "we don't care"

They never have enough staff to deal with amount of people turning up to collect. Whenever we go the queue stretches way out of the building. I have lived at my address for 17 years and have regularly received mail meant for others. Despite complaints to Royal Mail H.O. miss deliveries are still being made. Royal Mail can't even deliver to the correct post code.
I have no problems with parcel deliveries from their competitors. Why can't the postmen replicate that service.
Incompetence, could't care less attitude and laziness sum up Royal Mail.
I look forward to Royal Mail losing their monopoly on letter delivery.

I'm from Liverpool and my sister lives in Nantwich I recently sent a birthday card on Wednesday 15th February '17 for a birthday on Friday 17th with a first class stamp at a Liverpool post office put it in the post box myself the card never got got there. This isn't the first time its happened 3 times with other family members too sending post to my sisters in Nantwich. whats going on with your sorting office not happy!!!!

Attempted to collect a parcel today with the red slip left by the postman. The member of staff queried the address details and I explaned the initials were my name and my husband. As surname had not been put on the address could not collect with ID (bank card with full name and signature). Wanted me to return with driving licence and I stated that I did not wish to do this as the location is not easy to get to and lots of traffic!! Poor service so ended up asking that they return the parcel back to sender as to get back to Milner Street is not an easy task!!!
