I am so fed up of getting mail delivered to me that is for my nearby neighbours. My number is 19. So I get mail for number 20 and 21. Postman didnt even knock on the door to deliver my parcel, just put a card through the door very quietly which is most unusual, to say they tried to deliver but couldnt get an answer. Now I have to wait until saturday to go and collect it from the delivery office. No wonder people are using different delivery companies now.

Delivery driver thumped and banged on the door at 7.05 this morning. Just caught him as he was about to leave the parcel down the side. When i asked if it was legal to deliver at that hour, he rudely said no, but trying to catch up. Well sorry but that's not my fault, so please don't take a bad attitude out on my door!

After several calls to the number given by Royal Mail and being refered back to their site.Unable to speak to anyone I decided to go to the sorting office with ID only to find the parcel had been taken back to sorting office and NOT left with a neighbour.The wrong box had veeb ticked on the card left... Had to show id before l could collect my parcel and not even an apology fpom the counter assistant..
