Way of the Curious

I went for a stress release session, I was quite overwhelmed with some things in my life. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought let's give it a try. Era was kind and listened to me and then recommended a Bars session to ease up my overworked mind. The session took about an hour, I can't remember much of it - I fell asleep after about 10 minutes. It's been a week since, and I am much calmer and much more patient. Things don't seem to get to me so badly as before. I will definitely be back for another later on.
