We were due a parcel from Amazon which was tracked as arriving at Westbury sorting office on Wenesday 6th August which was not then delivered to on on the 7th 8th or 9th August, Amazon rang them on the 8th August who said they were most unhelpful and did not seem to know where the parcel was, and Amazon then sent us out a replacement, I personally rang them on the 9th August and was told oh lots of parcels are out for delivery today I so wait and see if it arrives, well it did not. Sadly parcel no 2 from Amazon promised for del on the 9th August has failed to turn up. Last year we had three other parcels undelivered! This really is not acceptable.
