Absolute rubbish. Would struggle to run a bath let alone a delivery service. If anything doesn’t arrive there is nothing but a sham backup system. Looks ok but is entirely unfunctional, not dysfunctional, unfunctional - it does not work. You can’t stop suppliers using it but I urge you never to use it yourself: let them go bust!

The post delivery person doing the "Upton Rocks" round today Friday 17th April 2020 should be HIGHLY commended for his companion, attitude and helpfulness. I'm disabled on full twelve week lockdown, and unable to leave my Apartment. What he did for me went above and beyond (whilst respecting the distancing rules). I thank you sincerely for your actions. May have been nothing to you, but to me it was huge. You my friend, are the first person to offer any assistance in these extremely challenging times. Thank you for your constant service and help today.

I have just returned from a holiday in Liverpool UK.
My Cousin posted an article to me ( from Widnes ) while I was staying at my relatives house in Liverpool , the parcel never arrived.
It was a present I bought and had engraved for my Grandsons birthday needless to say he never got it.
My Cousin went to Widnes sorting office to see what the problem was.
I have not been able to contact this sorting office me e-mail ( not sure if they have an e-mail. I wonder what happens to parcels NOT delivered.

Very Very disappointed in their service and they do not seem to care. I had to give a rating for this service and I would have given a zero
