I posted a brown jiffy bag just outside W H Smiths on Tuesday 8th which held a birthday card and voucher for my daughters birthday and guess what.... it never arrived.
This is not the first time mail has gone missing and my only conclusion is there is someone stealing.
I am so upset as I spend time trying to choose a lovely card and deliberately bought the jiffy bag in the hope it would be safer than just posting a card. How wrong I was.
Please, please Royal Mail get to grips with what is going on and route out the evil

Got a letter today which they say that they couldnt deliver wed 1st because they couldnt get access to flat because of controlled entry system strange that every other day they have no problem getting access like today when the letter was delivered

I find the staff in the collection office to be helpful and proffesional every time I call into the office

My parcel was delivered when I wasn't in but I was unaware of this because the postman never left me one of those red cards which lets you know.
After 10 days I decided to contact the company my parcel was being sent from and they told me it had been dispatched over a week ago ( 15th Feb )
So I went to WIGAN sorting office to explain what had happened (that I hadn't received any red card ) and aia showed my passport and I also had a utility bill and my bank card as proof of ID.
Sure enough my parcel was there but they refused to give it to me !!
This parcel contains items for my sons birthday which I need for 2nd of March, thats why I ordered them early so they'd definately be here on time.
Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn't give it to me they said they could only repost it and it would arrive today.... but guess what it hasn't.
Theres 2 more days for it to arrive then I'm making an actual complaint about the staff and also the ignorance. The items are for party bags and will be of no use to me after the 2nd of March.
