This brand new Centre features a 50m 8 lane swimming pool, teaching pool (20m x 10m) and confidence water area, a 200 station fitness suite and 3 group exercise studios, a Hydrotherapy Suite including treatment rooms, a Top Rock Fun climbing facility (14 activity lines, 9m high) an 8 court sports hall, 4 glass backed squash courts, a Crussh café, an outdoor terrace and a new Sparx Beauty.
Winchester Sport and Leisure Park boasts a grand total of three pools. There’s the eight-lane, 50m main pool, the smaller learner pool, as well as the splash pad and water confidence area.
The huge gym has all the kit you could ever dream of. Whether you prefer lifting free weights, doing functional exercises, doing cardio workouts or you like the resistance machines, there’s something here for everyone.
Our two large group fitness studios host an enormous breadth of group fitness classes. Whether you prefer something intense like Les Mills Bodycombat or something a little more relaxed such as Pilates or Yoga.
Top Rock is a fantastic way to get into climbing. Perfect for the whole family, this clip and climb facility is one of the best in the area, with 17 routes to enjoy, each of which gives their own unique challenge.
