Yet again I was home all day when the postman “tried to deliver” a parcel. I can guarantee that no-one rang the bell or knocked. This happens with monotonous regularity, with postmen not bothering to bring items with them, then claiming to have attempted delivery. The Netherton delivery office is a disgrace!

Obviously some jobsworths employed here. I have nothing but praise for the postmenopausal who do a great job,but people in the sorting office need to use professional judgement at this time of the yearm

I have been continually reciving mail which is soaking wet but this morning is the last straw, I recieved share certificates which are torn and completely distroyed, this service has been unaceptable since the regular postman was replaced.
I have phots of the certificates but are unable to attached, if an email address is available I will send a photo.
