Witney Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

i live in nottinghamshire we regularly post mail to Whitney this mail ( christmas and birthday card ) always arrives at the whitney destination , however we have been sent the same from whitney to nottinghamshire but some of these never arrive, ie november two cards posted only one arrived and the same in december
????????? the person sending from whitney says its a regular thing

I paid for next day delivery on the article I purchased on line. I have been in all morning and did not hear the door bell when the parcel was delivered at 9.20am.
I called your office just now and waited on hold for over 20minutes and still wasn't able to speak to anyone about the possibility of a collection today from your office. " I need the parcel today", that is why I paid extra for next day delivery.
I think that after 10minutes of holding on the phone the polite thing would be to say that there is no one available at this time to answer this call and could you call back later.
APPALLING SERVICE!

I have just wasted 14mins trying to contact you through your automated phone system. I needed to speak to a human about a missing item of post. What a joke!
I was called away so couldn't spend any more time just dangling on the end of the phone, just waiting, any longer. Appalling service.

Your local staff are brilliant. We have received Christmas cards where the name and address on the envelope has been most obscure but they have still been delivered to us correctly. Well done
