Absolutely Unreliable,whilst some staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help on 50 per cent of occasions an excuse is used,the same everytime,the Internet is not working g!I have to drive 4 miles each way to post my items and most of the time they're on a time constraint, this leaves me in an embarrassing situation and out of pocket in fuel,take it from me if you have any option,take it elsewhere as this is a non starter if you need reliability!
