Very impressed with our local postman, he managed to deliver a parcel to us which was very wrongly addressed. He spoke to my husband at the time and explained how he had recognised our name. Very personable and polite. Well done, great service!!

2nd time now a "attempted delivery"was so day made and unable to deliver started on the online track!!!! Is a 24-7 hr business so this is a blatant lie ....again! Shocking service and none answers phone at delivery office/sorting office! No way of contracting them and to book a redelivery it's saying 4 days!!! To have a parcel that wasn't even attempted to be delivered. Nice service guys . Not.

Having waited all day for a redelivery item then suffered the ludicrous telephone service my package still has not been delivered and the time is now 1636 thurs 21st.

I had a parcel that was lost because it was mis-sorted, but the staff I telephoned and met there went to great lengths to find it for me and rooted around. Then I was rung by a young man who was so chuffed he had found it. I was really pleased to get my parcel. They seemed a nice bunch.
