Twice now I've waited for a delivery, I paid for delivery, and twice the postseason could not be bothered to ring the bell which I can answer from my phone, the first item it was pure chance I found out it had been returned to sender, the 2nd item is now sitting in the sorting office, no bell no knock on the door and no card, I'm disabled and its difficult for me to get around, and I don't have a crystal ball either, are you proposing I sit on the pavement to wait for an item, because your staff don't give a Damon, and I only live approx. 150 yards from the sorting office,
