York SEND Advocacy

York SEND Advocacy provides independent SEND advocacy and tribunal support for families across York and Yorkshire. Many parents come to us feeling overwhelmed, unheard or worried about their child’s future. We support families with EHCPs, EHC needs assessments, annual reviews, amendments and SEND Tribunal appeals, including school placement disputes and EOTAS/EOTIS cases. We take an evidence-led, straight-talking and supportive approach, helping parents make sense of complex paperwork, organise evidence and prepare strong written submissions. Our work focuses on securing clear, enforceable provision and suitable education, while helping families feel informed, supported and confident when challenging decisions.
