It's a good idea, but I fear the 5p price isn't high enough to really get people to bring in their own bags. At least the money raised is going to charity. This is better than in California, where the bag fee has become a windfall for companies who had already factored the actual cost of bags into their operating costs. Harry Huges
Don't really think it needs to go up , although I do buy a bag as it is then used for rubbish afterwards . Although I do think the much better bags could increase |
