Da Marios in Bournemouth, it's not going to save the world or anything but they do the best floppy pizza I have ever tasted...*drooools*

The thread is really an interesting because you are selling other business which gives satisfaction in order for you to recommend to other people who is not familiar with it. The marketing that you are doing is really such a big help for the company whom you trust and it is an advantage for them that you are doing this kind of promotional activity.

Although I only use Go Daddy for SSL's, I have found their customer service exceptional, and I have always told people how impressed I have been with their customer service. So I would happily recommend Go Daddy.

Not a bricks and mortar business, but new startups always scream out for designers for a logo, etc. I've used 99designs.co.uk a couple of times now and I just love the way it works.

You upload your spec to 99Designs.co.uk and this then becomes a 'competition' with a pot of gold you've put to one side for the winner. I really LOVE this way of finding new designs as you're not bolted down to 1 designer or 1 design agency to come up with design ideas - you can get 50+ different ideas!

I was told about Your City Office, a virtual office provider, by a friend who said they were excellent in providing her with a package to meet her exact needs. And not too expensive! Not cheap either but good value for money is what I have been told

If I ever get a chance I usually give Head Records a mention. Small semi-indie record stores dotted around the UK. I know there are ones in Bath, Lemington Spa and Belfast. Visited the Belfast store and they told me about the others.

Sell CD's, DVD's and most importantly Vinyl. Staff all actually know what they're talking about which is nice.

(I know that sounds like an ad for them, but it's nice going into a record store where the staff are actually attentive...not always the case).

Hello Holders

It's good to meet another fan of vinyl here.

More importantly, it's good to see that you support the smaller shops, rather than the big boys.

Thumbs up for Amazon!

As much as I'd like to support local shops, I often purchase from Amazon as they provide the cheapest and easiest options.

I received a parcel containing some items for gifts the other day. One of the books arrived with the cover damaged. I thought that it was going to be a hoohah arranging returning it and re-ordering. So, I emailed Amazon customer services, explaining that I would just like a replacement cover for the book, as I am too busy to pack and return the book.

I received a very speedy apologetic reply, saying that they would rush me through a replacement book, and that I don't need to return the one with the damaged cover, but donate it to a charity if I wish. How good's that? There are real human beings at Amazon, after all. Thank you, Amazon. Great customer service.
