How to Improve Visitors???

The way I understand it is that, with no-follow links, the search engine does not "follow" the link at all, but I'm sure there are plenty of people on this forum that could explain it better for you.

Hi Robert, there's no thing as a "do follow link", just links that are "no follow" or normal links.

"no follow" links means that Search Engine won't follow the links, so won't index, and is supposedly a way of stopping any pagerank from being passed down links.

I would be very interested to find out if anyone has any interest and traffic from facebook etc . I have had very little traffic . It is likely that I am not going about it the right way . I guess I would like to hear how others are doing it. It is becoming a bit frustrating as the traffic I am looking for is not coming to my site ..

As per my knowledge, you should do search engine optimization for increasing more visitors.
First of all you will have to make the content of your website a quality content, unique and impressive. You can add your keywords in the content but not in excess.
After doing this, you should do different SEO processes for increasing visitors. This can be done by following few things like
Blog Commenting,
Forum Posting,
Social Bookmarking,
Article submission,
Directory Submission,
Content Writing,
and many more.
These will definitely help you to complete your goal.

My business website has twitter connection and I also have a personnel twitter account which I am promoting the business. Am I doeing this the right way I am getting a lot of followers through my personnel twitter?

If you want to improve your visitor, you have to make some research for your potential customer, I mean for you to be able to keep them stay at your site and be able to attract more people.

In my openion, content writing is best, content is the king in SEO.
Fresh content is really helps to get more more visitors for your website...

If you install Google Analytics you will be able to monitor how well your website is performing in respect of:

how many visitors,

where they come from,

which pages they visit most

and a whole host of useful information.

It's FREE which is always a bonus.
