Never underestimate Google. Simply type in "Facebook Guide" and there are loads to choose form. Even the official Facebook Sitetour is 3rd link down.
If you want to find really quick tutorials on Facebook just go to Youtube and type in Facebook Tutorial or Facebook 101. Hope this helped. Fun123

If it's a how-to best practices type of guide, you'll find everything on Facebook itself. If you need a guide on how to effectively market on FB, there's a site called Hubspot with very good materials. Used to just ignore their emails but when I got to reading one of their guides, went back there for the other ebooks too.
