Google +1
I personally like Google+ rather than Facebook. It's simple.
“Some of the benefits for Google +1 are that you can divide your friends into different groups so everyone doesn't see everything you post which is really cool. This way you can send your beer drinking buddies a message and your son and daughter won't see it. Pretty good feature. So many things you want to say are only meant for a few and not everyone, which is why i hardly even post anything on Facebook. You have to keep everything so G rated so you don't get accosted by the masses. Facebook almost takes the social fun part out of social networking.” Hahahaha...though you've made it appear funny yet a reality it is. I too liked this feature wherein one can categorize their friends into different groups.
Thanks. This is very helpful information. I warrichpk
I haven't used it personally, but it appears as if Google + hasn't really attracted as large a user base as anticipated. Scintillion

What I found rather interesting but it's ^probably^ nothing to do with it, but I thought it interesting was the facebook shares on the market... now.. Should you buy Facebook shares? Probably not| Facebook IPO News | The Week UK Perhaps it's a sign of things changing. Paul Green
I think there are a lot less riskier investments ![]() ![]()
getting back to Google+ , I do think that after Search Plus your World, it is inevitable to say that the +1's and shares would affect search results and traffic altogether. I am actually working on an article to explain this further. wingman
“getting back to Google+ , I do think that after Search Plus your World, it is inevitable to say that the +1's and shares would affect search results and traffic altogether. I am actually working on an article to explain this further.” I'm not sure if I like the sounds of that - By what your saying it seems like if a person unwittingly +1's a whole bunch of sites partly out of : Goodwill, persuasion or even as a part of a +1 campaign, THEN later on the same person makes a search randomly (so it seems) but then all the results favor previous +1's when bringing search results... For all the pro's it must have just as many con's. (Are Google trying to put SEO companies out of business or what!?) Paul Green
it's not all too much of what you think, yet. Based on the articles I have, when you are logged in, Google would influence your results based on your behavior and interaction with the people in your circles. So if search for a term and a friend or a person in your circle shared it, +1 it or what not, it may come up to the page 1 of the serps. I think Google is doing a power move to compete with Facebook, they are doing a lot of those lately. I do think it is not good as you go to facebook because you want to, and then comes Google+, you go to it because you have to. wingman
