Why the local landing pages? Do you mean from different marketing campaigns?

I was not really sure where I was, but using private browsing and Google account logged out etc it looked like I was on page 4 about a week ago.

Then it disappeared way down past page 15 when I stopped looking.

I was hoping it was the legendary Google dance as I have started 'nice and steady' putting on a link or two most days.

Re the landing pages it is an experiment to see if by targetting a specific area e.g. "lasting power...bath" with different/uniqueish on page, using an image from there e.g. Bath Abbey (but I am having a problem with the featured image feature), plus a mention of about 8-10 of the main towns/areas saying I will go there, this will show better if any local search is used.

I have and will be be using a sort of silo (other pages/posts) with some local case studies. When I say local I mean Mr and Norton had a house in Bath...yada yada. Tying to hook in place names in or near the target area. Ancjhor text to the relevant landing page only.

This may not be what is properly called a landing page butIi link building with anchor text of various termms like "lpa bath" "power of attorney bath" and a wee bit (very wee but more to come) of individual promotions.

As I say an experiment.

Just watch out for any duplicate content, or make any similar landing pages noindex, nofollow to keep the google god happy.

The best tactics is to develop links carefully and slowly. Not to practice unethical methods which may have good results in the beginning but all goes down eventually.

Just focus on quality instead of quantity. It will be really helpful for you to run your website nicely. Moreover, creating quality content on your website and good SEO also plays an important role in it.
