To be honest, if you find any published lists you are probably better off staying clear as they will have been spammed to death and won't do you any favours. Just research industries relevant to you, there are multitudes of opportunities. Joining in conversations, blogs, forums, guest authoring, articles etc.
Yes, Steve's advice is good. I'd also suggest having a look at where your competitors are getting their back links from and see if you can also get some of these links too....... Azolla
