What does 'after work' mean?

Normally, I work, eat, work some more, sleep, work. Then the weekend comes, and I go shopping with the wife. Something like that.

I like to sleep long..because i generally work in night!

I don't put mine to bed anymore, they are 22, 24 and 26. The oldest "makes me" go the the gym every night for 1.5 hours, I hate it becuase I became an eating and drinking machine when I stopped smoking.
However, after almost 6 weeks, the weight is going and I feel strong again. Suggested to Mrs Sharpink that I may come out of retirement and play for the Rugby League Veterans (they go on tour to Austrailia next year). Mrs Sharp ink said thats fine "but" she wont be here when I get back followed by the term muppet?
I swear she has no sense of humour!
