Early in the morning we walk to get one cup tea or coffee. Why it's so?

Ahh thats easy - caffeine once you take it your body craves it just like nicotine, which is why when you detox you have withdrawal symptoms for it.

Having been nicotine free for 15 years, , i have no intention of giving up caffeine any time soon

It's need to get freshness. I also eat a tea in the morning.

lol I am not allowed (according to a rule set by myself ) to be without coffee for at least an hour, 2 at the most. Withdrawals are terrible, mainly because I get headaches when I don't have coffee. Strong Coffee I have to admit. I can't stand weak coffee or these powdery instant coffees you get here in SA.

I prefer a special brew first thing in the morning

My morning ritual wouldn't be complete with a cup of black coffee. I can skip carbs and other foods in the morning but give me coffee and I'm good to go. I guess it awakens my senses and helps me think clearly especially when all I wanna do is go back to bed.

I'm not a doctor but I am a human and just like most I cannot even open my eyes until a coffee has been drunk in the early morning but it is safe to say is there really A Rational Addiction to Caffeine ? studies are proving more and more about the effects mentally and physically of the substance and the dangers of over using or becoming dependent on it (he says with coffee mug in front of him)

*Cut off time for the last cup of coffee for the day is 2pm for the average good use guide for the average person going to bed around 11pm*

*Whispering to self* Better get the kettle on then.. he he he..
