Came across this article which I thought was great.

It's no nonsense, and if you are easily offended, then don't bother, but I like her style, and think she's spot on

And I was like "Okay, this sounds strange, let`s see it". After saw my mistake I thought "just the next blah-blah for filling the website with content". However, I decided to read it - and this is the best decision I have made today.

The reminder to ask about paying by instalments for services / products not affordable as a lump sum might be a useful one for those of us with an instinctive horror of "debt".
