From a moral stand point yes, we should have gotten involved, but I really don't think that it would make any kind of difference in the long term for the people there.

We can't just perpetually police nations who can't or won't step up and do it for themselves. Particularly in Syria's case, you have so many internally warring factions that anything that is done is almost guaranteed to be undone as soon as we take a step back. Layla |
