BBC News - 'Much more water' found in lunar rocks

Ok we can all sleep tonight knowing there is more water on the moon than scientists first thought.

Can i just add - 1) how does this actually affect me 2) wouldnt the money spent on this "research" be better spent on other things? Or am i just being grumpy (again)

So apparently i make better decisions & im less gullable than those of a more cheerful nature

Just been reading this article - BBC News - Wigan transplant patient given lungs of 30-year smoker

Very interesting and think it could be a good one to discuss on here.

A what cost do you prolong someones life & would you be happy to accept an organ "at all cost" to get more time with your loved one?

Personally i think the comments are a bit off - the patients life was extended and she was at deaths door prior to the transplant. Ok it only bought her a few months but surely thats better than nothing?

Thats next year! looking at a sports car of some sort though as a run around when i dont have the kids, porsche is a bit out my price range - any suggestions? Internet being sorted next week hopefully - im in the hands of the cableman!

Im in at last - a few last minute hiccups but all sorted and im now moved in properly - relieved to be away from dear old mum, but she looked after me well for the past 4 weeks so cant complain too much.

Solicitors as usual tried to throw a spanner in the works at the last moment, but a swift "Clive" chat seems to have resolved all these problems so move went ahead over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Pleased to report no major injuries this time, just got a little bit damp from the weather but even then it was just the odd shower.

Still no internet or TV signal yet, these little problems to be resolved over the next 2 weeks.

Things on the up for me personally at last, new house & back with my ex partner, so you never know, may even smile occasionaly in the office

Apologies for not being on much lately - in the middle of buying a house, fliting between work, Redditch seeing my boys & Shirley where im currently staying with dear old Mum, you beta believe im desperate to move back in to my own place lol.

My house move out went as good as expected, just a minor injury, tumble dryer was dropped on my foot by my brother - i would post a picture but cant find the cable to my fone, lets just say ive never seen such a bruise - bloody hurt!!!!

Hoping to move in to the new house in 2 weeks so fingers crossed everyone please!

After nearly 5 days of full on stress, a possible broken toe, knackered freezer im finally out the house

shall miss the house have been there a long time, bought it initially 10 years ago, i moved out following my divorce but bought the ex wife out of the property 3 years ago - a lots happend since then so looking forward to finding a new house and starting again - mean time im living with mum - oh the hoys of going home after nearly 20 years away lol
