We went to three different islands. My favorite place in Hawaii was the Hilo side of the big island. Rather than sunny and dry (which I have plenty of here in Phoenix), it is a rainforest with lots of waterfalls, big leaves, and light rain once a day. Think of the show Lost, and that's what it looks like. |
