My golf is so much better as I got older, in fact with the advances in clubs and balls, i am hitting longer by 10-15 yards per club. Well better get back to the 19th hole. What will the future UK Economy look like 12th July 2010 4:16 PM We get 2-3 emails a week from manufacturers based in China trying to sell their products. One of the biggest pool manufacturers is based in Spain, lots of good weather, so they have a large market to supply too. What can we manufacturer as we no longer have the materials and skills to manufacture any products that people want? Maybe we need to design products and let other people manufacture them. As a parting comment, all the pool filters in the world work on a guage of sand that's only found in Leighton Buzzard! Is it human nature too 1st July 2010 11:41 AM Is it human nature to leave things until they break or go bang? We could not run a business this way, leaving it to run itself and spending money on it when it has a problem. But so many people think they are saving money if they do not maitain their swimming pools or service their cars? One of our clients got a repair bill for thousands of pounds because he failed to maintain this equipment, saving themselves a couple of hundred pounds in the last few years by not having the equipment maintained. So in these hard times try to keep equipment maintained as from our experience its saves you money in the long term, if you cannot afford a full service, why not pay for a quick visual check and have peace of mind? |
