Hello everyone. I run a small outsourcing company, and I'm looking for a simple yet effective way to register and process customer requests. They should be able to send such requests through a web form, or via email. And each request should be given a certain number and status. Also there should be an option to review the statistics, and to see more detailed information about the engineer who is implementing a certain request.
Hopefully, there's a free software, but I'll consider paid options at reasonable prices.
