Yeah, it would be a lot easier if we hired a hall somewhere close. But my boss insists on having the party on our premises. His vision is something like this. 

I think I'm going to show him how much we could save if we could just go someplace else. Maybe that'll convince him.

I am responsible to organize this year's company anniversary. I thought of fancy finger food and maybe a small show act. Unfortunately, we don’t have a large hall, but a meadow on which we could all gather. But what if there’s bad weather? Is it worth it to rent a tent? And what type of music would be suited for such an event? Band or DJ? I’m happy with any suggestion.
