Sometimes it's a good thing

From what I understand as a startup is a recently created small company, mainly related to some new technologies.

Hello, I have recently finished an online job board that pretends to be quite straightforward to use. I know that there are a lot of similar sites but I want to make it profitable only with ads instead of forcing recruiters to pay for add a post, so I think that it is an advantage over other sites.

I opened it the last week and has no users yet.

What do you think is the best way to make it grow?

Small companies that I know usually calls to freelances to solve their IT problems. Another possibility it to contract maintenance with any IT company, monthly paid.

But when the budget is very low they fix it by themselves.
