Absolutely outstanding service from iRepair Labs! Took my device in with a complex fault that other shops couldn’t fix, and they had it diagnosed and repaired quickly. The team clearly know their stuff, especially with board-level repairs, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Pricing was fair, turnaround was fast, and the quality of work is top tier. It’s rare to find a repair shop this honest and professional.
Would highly recommend to anyone in Newcastle or the North East needing phone, tablet, MacBook or console repairs. I won’t go anywhere else again!
