I became aware of C&M Water Ltd in late 2022. It soon became clear that they were very professional, enthusiastic, committed, technically competent and reliable. This manifested itself very early on when I looked at their website – it is brilliant! It is cool to look at, comprehensive regarding their services, any jargon is clearly explained and contact with them is easy by phone or email. After being involved with them over the past year and a half, I can honestly say they do “what it says on the tin/website”. They have all been a pleasure to work with, the work is first class, on time and properly documented. I am looking forward to our next meeting.

If your looking for a legionella compliance company, our service with C&M has been fantastic! Compliance is boring and complicated but it's also important and part of my day to day role. Victoria has been great from the start and the engineer Ryan is so polite and precious in his job its great to deal with all the team and know we're meeting all our water compliance needs. Highly recommend they've become almost apart of our estates team.

If your looking for a legionella compliance company, our service with C&M has been fantastic!
Compliance is boring and complicated but it's also important and part of my day to day role.

Victoria has been great from the start and the engineer Ryan is so polite and precious in his job its great to deal with all the team and know we're meeting all our water compliance needs.

If you're looking for a legionella company in the Southwest, look no further! the support, communication, professional service we've received has be second to done. We found C&M online, we needed our TMV's servicing, annual disinfection and fail safe checks doing. The service has been outstanding, everything all planned in advance 3 guys arrived on site looking professional and never late once. The logsheets were clear and all faults highlighted. We've now booked them in to replace the faulty TMVs of the back of a great customer experience so far

I recently used C&M for a new legionella risk assessment, the process was easy and Victoria took the time to explain the whole process. The risk assessment arrived 2 weeks after the asssor had been on site. The standard was great. Victoria rang and explained all our Remedial actions and what monitoring was required. She worked to understand what we'd do and that C&M would do this made the whole process extremely clear. They're now on site every month and the service has been amazing.

If you're looking for a professional legionella company I highly recommend C&M

As the head of estates I was having issues with our Legionella monitoring company which we had used for previous 4 years. I shant name them however their service had been shocking over the past 6 months.

I was referred to C & M Water who took the time to understand what services we required and picked up on a number of compliance issues our previous team had not attended to, their service particularity their attention to detail has been brilliant.

Over the past 6 months they've not missed one visit and the reporting system they use is easy to access, extremely useful and easy to use.

As a business we've been let down by a few legionella companies in the Southwest over the past year. Engineers not turning up, samples not being taken. It's been a breath of fresh air to deal with C & M water, the office staff are great at getting back to you and Victoria is a real asset to the company. The Engineers are smart, professional and actually take the time to come and see me at the end of each visit and debrief me on what they've done. Worryingly they've also pick up assets that the last company had missed almost 40 TMV which hadn't been serviced in 3 years! The compliance on site have improved greatly since C & M have been our contractor and it's been a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommend.

We've been using C&M water Ltd for two months now, as our main contractor for all our legionella risk assessment, water sampling and monthly monitoring. One item picked up on our recent risk assessment was the internal condition of our cold water storage tanks, they really took their time on site to make sure the disruption to the water being off was minimal, the professional standard of work was fantastic to see with professional job sheets with before and after pictures which we've placed in out legionella risk assessment folder. We'd highly recommend C&M water Ltd.

From start to finish the service was extremely professional I highly recommend C & M water ltd

I was given the task to find a new legionella risk assessment company within the Southwest, as our previous company had let us down time and time again.

I don't have much knowledge about water or legionella and a colleague/friend when I told her if she knew any professionals that could help, she recommend C & M Water ltd.

The process from start to finish was fantastic, I rang and spoke to Victoria who was brilliant in understanding our needs and prepared me for what the legionella risk would involve so I could prepare and find our paperwork before they turned up.

then Ken sent out a quotation the same day, which was cheaper than our previous contractor, the risk assor took his time on site and explained his findings to me in a non technical manner and what we needed to implement moving forward it was great to have a coffee and non technical jargon so I fully understood what we needed to do.

The risk assessment pdf arrived about 2 weeks later and Victoria rang me to talk me through it, I was over the moon when she said our advice is always free and if you have any questions or need any advice just give me a call, the support from C&M Water ltd had been outstanding.

We've now been with C & M Water ltd for 4 months as our preferred supplier to monitor our temperatures on site and all water monitoring across all our estates and the service has been outstanding I've recommend them to other companies whom have since thanked me for the recommendation
