I had a query about a tax return which had been discussed with several tax offices without much progress. In one case it took me two hours just to get through to the correct agent and some of the people I contacted in my search for answers were offhand and unhelpful. This was not true of your operation in Carlisle and I was surprised and pleased to have my query dealt with courteously by your office in about ten minutes flat.
One general point. Elderly people like myself are sometimes hard of hearing which can make life difficult for your staff One has hearing aids but they are difficult to manage when using the telephone. Regards Bjorn Ardin
