My iPhone was lost or stolen in return post. Cure my mobile ignoring all emails with regards compensation from postal service. Avoid sending items in for repair you might not get it back.
Advertise insurance on return post and your item will be covered (false).

Regarding your review, it is royal mail policy if anything gets lost you can claim back up to £50 for first class postal service as long as you provide them proof of purchase.
We asked you for proof of purchase sevral time, But you still failed to provide us proof of purchase.
The proof of purchase you provided that does not meet royal mail standered.
We do not set standard for royal mail
I dont understand why you are not happy with our service when we been in touch with you all the way through. We take all the responsibility for our customers devices, but we do not provide delivery service.
Therefore, we ask you once again to provide us proof of purchase so we can make a claim for your compensation.
Without that there is nothing we can do.
