Dave was our Wedding DJ on 12th June and he was professional, interactive and good on the mic! He got the crowd going, played music we requested and in our phone call the week prior to our event he really nailed down what we wanted, describing his approach to how the night would both flow and run smoothly, this installed total reassurance,
End result what a night to remember, he even snapped a few photos for us on the evening after our photographer had left, which was lovely touch☺️

I don't have enough words to express how thrilled we are with the service we received from Dave (and Kim) for our wedding reception.

We booked 2 years in advance and it is now clear why he is the recommended supplier for our venue, Moddershall Oaks.

In the run up to the wedding absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Emails were answered incredibly fast, even at silly o'clock in the morning and I was never made to feel like I was being a pain or asking too many questions. Kim was absolutely lovely to deal with and made changes to our booking without any issues and invoices were sent promptly with clear messaging about when any further payments would be due.

The week before the wedding we spent an hour on the phone to Dave talking about what we liked and don't like music wise. He gave us clear advice on how he handles things on the day and made sure we had things how we wanted them.

On the day everything was seamless. The dance floor was full all night and you could absolutely tell that Dave is a professional at reading the room and getting the vibe just right whilst also including the music genres that we had discussed. Our first dance was absolutely perfect and we had the light up dance floor, first dance on a cloud and the cold sparks. It was everything we could have wanted and more and I would advise all future brides and grooms to include these in their package because it just looks phenomenal.

Alongside the disco we also booked the photo mirror which was a massive hit with our guests, the light up Mr and Mrs (which was delivered during the day so we had it behind us for our wedding breakfast) and the audio guest book. Absolutely well worth the money and more. We and our guests had the most amazing time and on behalf of myself and my new husband - thank you so so much Dave and Kim. You were AMAZING.

We honestly couldn’t have been happier with Dave Dee Discos for our wedding.

From our pre-wedding consultation call, Dave was so warm, funny and easy to talk to that we immediately felt confident he’d do a great job. Kim was also brilliant in the run-up to the wedding, keeping in touch and making everything really straightforward.

On the night, Dave got everything spot on. He listened to what we wanted, balanced guest requests with our own playlist perfectly, and kept the dance floor busy all evening. So many of our guests commented on how great the music was and what a brilliant atmosphere there was throughout the night.

We would highly recommend Dave Dee for a professional service for any event.

We booked our wedding at Moddershall Oaks and their recommended DJ at the venue was Dave Dee. I thought this was a fabulous way to find a DJ if you didn't know one already and we thought if the venue your marrying at is this good, then the DJ will be too! and we were not disappointed.

I spoke to Kim before the wedding, and added extras to the evening with her, we had large MR & MRS lit up, along with the LED floor, which again I would highly recommend.
Kim was very friendly, helpful and pleasure to speak to.

We had an idea of a first dance, but it was an upbeat song, so I contacted Dave Dee by email, and told him what song we wanted but a slower version, kicking in to the upbeat part and he got back to me so quickly with a demo, and then suggested that when the upbeat comes on to have large glow stick batons for our guests to join us on the dance floor with and I must say it was fantastic, it was perfect, just what we wanted.

I then heard from Kim the week of the wedding to arrange a phone call meeting to discuss what we wanted and didn't want, which I found to be perfect. We went through everything and I was really excited.

Dave Dee on the night was superb, he got the guests up and dancing, he made our first dance seem effortless (because he knew we were nervous) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guests had an amazing time, and everyone commented on how great the DJ was.

We were asked if we wanted any requests on the night, to go up and ask, I didn't need to, the music he played was exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the idea of them being able to request songs and I was really happy how pleased they were.

We booked Dave Dee Discos for our wedding at Moddershall Oaks on 21st March 2026, and he was absolutely amazing. The phone call a few days before the wedding made such a difference — he picked up on personal details, comments we’d made, and our favourite songs, and he wove all of it into the night perfectly. It felt so tailored to us.

From the moment the music started, our guests were up and dancing, and the dance floor stayed full all night. The energy, the fun, the smooth flow between songs — everything was spot on.

We also highly recommend adding the selfie pod and phone booth. They were a huge hit and gave us so many brilliant memories to look back on.

Honestly from the very start Dave and Kim was so helpful. Always available to talk too. emailed back so quickly even at night to help reassure me.
