Lee and Sam are truly professional, personable, honest, trustworthy and excellent in all they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have used many decorators over the years, some good, some Ok and a couple who do not get a rating! However, Lee and Sam deserve the best rating possible.
They gain a good brief from the client and then cost it professionally and make sure you get a full breakdown of what's involved and the associated costs. Once agreed, they are prompt, ensure you are kept fully in the loop and are neat and tidy working with you being flexible within reason. They are trustworthy, I had to leave them with my keys and I came home safe in the knowledge all was well. They are good people and kind too. Careful of pets, which to me is important as I am a big cat mother.
They work well and you cannot find fault with the end result. As far as cost goes they are reasonable. I'm not surprised they get a large amount of repeat business as once you have experienced their services you don't look elsewhere.

We left our keys with these ladies when we went on holiday. We came back to a total transformation for our hall, lounge/diner.
From start to finish they were very professional, thorough in their preparation and costings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My neighbours spoke with them and also said how lovely chatty and friendly they were. There was a lot of work to be done with the possibility of the unknown hiding behind the old papers and they prepared the walls, woodwork and bannister perfectly. I will be using them again for the rest of the house as they are so good.

Huge thanks to Lee and Sam of Fresh Image for now having completely redecorated the downstairs of our house both before and after lockdown. We hope to have them back again soon to do upstairs. Their work is very thorough, all preparation work such as filling and mastic and rubbing down was done excellently. They have hung lining paper in a very long drop stair well and hallway and fully painted all walls and woodwork to a high standard of perfection throughout all rooms. They are extremely pleasant people to have in your house and their rates are very acceptable. They leave your house clean and tidy after their working day and I have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Image.

Fresh Image Female Decorators were recommended to me by a friend when I needed my parents' flat extensively decorating. The flat was in a very tired state to say the least, but this didn't phase Lee and Sam one bit. Their recommendations in the colours to be used and their skill in making good walls and window frames to make them look brand new are second to none. Nothing was too much of a challenge. They have restored the flat back to its former glory and we're delighted. Their customer service is excellent and you are kept regularly informed along the way. I can't rate Lee and Sam highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

A v/good friend of mine recommended Lee and Sam when I wanted my lounge re-painted and to repair a few cracks in the new extension.
They live upto their name, very welcoming smiles when we first met and a very professional approach when explaining exactly what they would need to do, a true breath of fresh air. Good advice was given and together the finish was perfect. Very clean and tidy and when they left and I'm sure my carpet was a lot cleaner after they had finished and cleared everything away.

The estimate was clear and concise and the work carried out continuously without any delays.
Helpful advice was given regarding over painting of a darker with white that prevented and bleed through of the original paint.
Care was taken with placement of dust sheets to protect carpets etc.
The ladies were friendly and kept to the time table.
All in all a really professional service was given.
We shall definitely use them again should the need arise.

After having a previous room totally transformed by Lee & Sam, I decided to contact them both again regarding my elderly mother who needed decorating work done. The ladies spent an introductory visit with my mother going through every aspect from; choosing colours, explaining the work needed, thorough breakdown of total cost/ quote, materials required and lastly, timescale of work. From start to finish my mothers wishes were completed by the ladies, and the end result is professional and perfect. She absolutely loves it! Many of the other residents are now enquiring about having work done having seen the professional, clean , and fresh look these ladies have created. I would recommend Lee & Sam every time.

We have used Fresh Image before and always found them to be exactly what we wanted.
They are totally honest and can be trusted to complete a first class job from start to finish.
We find them to be very professional clean and very tidy and will complete the work to a high standard.

Lee and Sam decorated our hall, stairs and landing, stripped old paper off, sanded and relined the walls, emulsioned all walls and ceilings and gloss painted all woodwork. This they did in a very professional manner. The work is faultless. They are efficient and tidy and a pleasure to have in your house. We will certainly use Fresh Image for all our future decorating and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

Lee and Sam were great from start to finish. The quote was very reasonable and communication with us was excellent. I had to be away a lot so it was great to feel so confident that Sam and Lee could very efficiently get on with the job of painting and decorating two reception rooms. This involved painting ceilings and woodwork and wallpapering both rooms. They did a tremendously neat job wallpapering walls with a pattern paper. Would recommend Sam and Lee unreservedly. Great job - pleasure to work with. Thank you

From the initial very detailed quote through to completion the work was carried out in a way that could not be faulted. Lee and Sam just get on with the job, only taking a break for a drink once a day which incidentally they don?t expect you to make for them - just show Sam where the kettle is! It feels so comfortable having them in your home and we would highly recommend them and definitely use them again. Many thanks - Angela and Bill.????

Excellent thorough service from the initial quoting process through to clearing up at the end. Lee and Sam are very reliable, very friendly absolutely conscientious and even got on with our dogs.
The decorating is impeccable, every detail is attended too and Lee checks at every point what or how you want things done. They are very clean and tidy workers and pleasant to have around. They quote an amount rather than work on a day rate so you know what you are paying for. Since March this year, Fresh Image has decorated two bedrooms, kitchen, cloakroom, hall, stairs and landing. We have been more than satisfied with the standard of work, cleanliness, tidying up/hoovering when finished.
We have found the Ladies to be completely trustworthy, having on occasions, to go out and leave them.
More than happy to have them back next year to decorate another couple of rooms.

I felt very at ease with the ladies. Their quote was available when they promised it. They were very clear about the start date and they kept to it. They were required to strip the walls, put lining paper on three of the walls and hang wallpaper on a feature wall. Sand and gloss all woodwork. Paint the ceiling. This was done to a very high standard and transformed the room from a dull brown recess to a bright, fresh bedroom. Very pleased with the service provided. It felt so good to know I wasn't being intimidated into unnecessary work. A very satisfied customer.
