The survey was not a straight forward one, Garry having to go through a third party agent to make arrangements to visit the property which he did happily and completed the survey which was very comprehensive indeed giving me insight to areas I didn't even know existed. Numerous photographs both inside and out of the property as well as professional comments on areas that were felt to need some attention.
I would certainly recommend GB Residential Surveys Ltd for professionalism, courtesy and pricing.

Outstanding service! I would highly recommend Gary. Gary went though our new build home with huge attention to details. Gary provided an excellent well laid out report that easily identified any issues with our home. We have been able to send this directly to our developer.

Excellent service, first contact was with Martin explained what to expect on the day of my survey and found a suitable date and time.
My surveyor was Gary, he arrived early. We had a chat about the property and I left him to it. The report was very detailed and gave an excellent insight to what’s happening now, what should be addressed and what to monitor on going forward. Gary did a really good job on our survey with lots of information on the whole property (level 3) lots of pictures from all angles inside and out, even the street. Price was good and he was very quick to do this and send to me once payment was sent. He was also available for any questions I needed answering afterwards, definitely 5 stars .
