Very prompt service as I needed the survey carried out before Christmas and lots of places were booked up untill mid January but Gary managed to get me in on a Saturday in plenty of time prior to Christmas.

A very comprehensive report with any major or minor issues highlighted at the beginning of the report to save me trauling through the entire report to find anything of real concern. Delivered promptly after I had made full payment with evidence of any relevant tests carried out.

On the whole very happy with report and any follow up that I required afterwards also great follow up to any queries I had, no complaints and a fraction of the price compared to some other quotes.

First time buyers and we are happy to have gone ahead with Gary; the service he provided was fantastic, from proffessionlism to helpfulness, communication to efficiency (results recieved less than two weeks from initial enquiry). If I needed to be picky because nothing is perfect, there were one or two inconsistencies in a couple of sections but, ultimately, everything that mattered was clear. Gary is very approachable and I have no doubt any issues would have been addressed quickly, if there was a need to. The main highlight of the service provided was the customer service and communication throughout the process. We were informed of what was going on, and what would happen next at every stage of the process, both via email and text. After payment was sent, Gary sent the report at 0901hrs the same morning despite having IT issues! We were also particularly grateful for the follow up call to go through some of the less-than-ideal parts of the thorough survey (160+ pages, clear photos throughout). This was such a valuable part of the process to get a real sense of the important points of the findings and what our next steps should be. Gary provided some sound advice in plain, understandable terms and welcomed us to arrange another call at anytime. Overall excellent, thanks!
