Gary was brilliant, would highly recommend his services. The whole process was quick and smooth from start to finish. The report was of great quality, very comprehensive and easy to understand. He also did a follow up call to go through the report and answer any questions I had. Was very impressed with his enthusiasm and professionalism.

Gary did a fantastic detailed survey and provided timely responses to all my questions and clarified everything. As a first time buyer, I was naturally apprehensive but his knowledge and answers put me at ease. Overall, would highly reccommend. If you are looking for a professional and friendly surveyor who cares about his customers, look no further.

I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Gary and Martin. My initial inquiry was answered very quickly and the communication was excellent throughout. As a first-time buyer I received lots of very good advice, from a first call before booking the survey that explained the whole process through to the debriefing call after the survey. Gary has also taken the time to answer subsequent questions about moving forward with the results.
The survey itself was extremely comprehensive, but also very clear.
Finally, I did actually have to move the survey back three times and they were extremely accommodating.
I would definitely recommend their services, especially to first-time buyers.

Gary was very thorough in his survey of the property. He went into a lot more detail than expected with useful pictures and explanations. The follow up call to go over a few things was invaluable to get a better idea of some of the issues. I highly recommend Gary's services, very professional and approachable. Would use again in the future.

Gary was very polite and helpful, and he took the time to explain to me everything he would be doing.
He was very prompt with sending through the report for me to read, and also followed this up with a phone call in order for me ask about anything I was unsure of.
I would highly recommend, and will use him again when required in the future.

Gary set up the survey date with the property agent with no fuss. 3 days after the survey the very detail report is in my email inbox. Gary suggested a briefing phone call but I insisted a face to face meeting. Gary don't mind walk the extra mile to come to near to me for a detail go through. Gary is professional and enthusiastic and I will definitely recommend his service.
