AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had an almost identical experience to Alex K. Bought a car which developed faults on the M25 on the journey home. I had the car independently examined, and was advised it was too dangerous to drive. After 6 months i got the money back Via Bank Chargeback. HCL STILL refuse to collect the car from me, and are now threatening me with court action to get the money for this LEMON of a car.
I am eagerly awaiting my day in court - Bring it on!!
