Our first tenants were a group of UKC students in Canterbury renting a three-bedroom student house.
Professionals soon followed, but we remain loyal to our Canterbury students.
Leydon Lettings Agency manages various properties, including those provided by the owner (Bob Leydon of Leydon Lettings) and those owned by many other Canterbury landlords. The Leydon Lettings Agency provides high-quality accommodation whilst catering for those on a budget.
The Lettings agency owner's properties set a good example - renovated to include state-of-the-art amenities and electrical, phone and data connections. Most properties feature fast Broadband internet, en suites, double beds, and double kitchens. Landlord clients are encouraged and assisted to optimise the features of their properties, making them more appealing to rent and maintaining high standards and safety
