The delivery man clearly cannot read a large sign stating "Disabled, please allow time for us to answer the door". The sign is by the bell push. This is the second time he has taken away a "Signed for" item rather than wait 3 minutes for us to answer the door. I know he is on a tight schedule, but the manager should allow time for such issues. All the other companies (Yodel, UKMail, ups, etc, etc) have no problem waiting for us. The parcel was urgent for my wife's care, but they now say they cannot deliver next day, it will be two days. I have never had worse service from any other company. Looking at reviews, Sleaford Office need a new manager.

Terrible service, we have moved all over the country with work and hands down this is the worst service we have ever had! we have post left hanging out of our letter box in all weathers for anyone to take including the 'new' bank cards! we frequently get mail for other homes and have delivered it ourselves. Our parcel delivery is shockingly slow, i have ordered stuff to be delivered to my work address which is handled by lincoln sorting office and it arrives 2 days later, when ordering same size from the same company but to my home through the sleaford office i am still waiting and its now 11 days later! (this happens regularly i dont mean just at peak times) you cant get through when you ring them to ask any questions. The only good thing is the staff are always polite when you go into the sorting office. They really need a new manager in that place to fix it because this is giving royal mail a terrible reputation i have never experienced anything like it before!

The delivery service is pants. A while ago I was receiving other peoples post in my box. I walked and posted it in the right houses. This happened at least once a month. I got fed up - rang them and said I would now be putting it back in a post box for them to sort again and try and deliver again. My post too was brought round by neighbours regularly - again mis delivered. Post that should have arrived doesn't (perhaps other people haven't brought it round to me?)- and you are 'accused' of theft when you ring on line companies to say things haven't come. I have reported many, many times the fact of dropped rubber bands - which is littering - but also a danger to pets who eat them (my old cat being one) - recently things have been better over the last year or so - but our regular post lady has gone and now again - dropped rubber bands, this morning my post found in my next door neighbours side of the hedge - soaking wet - found by her young daughter. I ring up - and despite all my previous calls about mis delivery - this isn't counted as a mis delivery because "we don't know what happened" - so it is classed as a first complaint. At the end of the day - the end result - my post hasn't been put in to my box - whether put through someone elses post box, not arrived at all or dropped on next doors property - end result the same - I haven't had my post delivered - the people who paid for the service - haven't got what they paid for. You get a stock answer "we will look in to it" - and basically that is it. Pretty awful service - for which we are paying a very high price. Poor - very, very poor,
