As a health coach and certified Rapid Transformational Coach, I specialise in supporting those who have recently been diagnosed, or are living with, a chronic illness.
I use a combination of Rapid Transformational Coaching and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching to look at health through a holistic lens.
My coaching packages tackle a wide range of issues to enable the body and mind to align which facilitates clients to remove blocks in their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
