help business owners get the people basics right before problems become expensive.
We support employers at key growth moments: hiring a first employee, reviewing contracts, building a staff handbook,
putting proper policies in place, managing sickness absence, performance, disciplinary or grievance situations, and setting
up HR systems and processes that managers will actually use.
Our work is plain-English and proportionate to the size of the business. A 10-person team does not need corporate HR. It
needs clear contracts, usable policies, simple processes, manager guidance and access to someone who knows what to
do when a people issue lands.
