This morning one of your kind postal delivery personnel, picked up my handbag, with all the contents purse, mobile, cards etc, which I had stupidly left on the path, before driving off to work.
He took it next door to my neighbour, if it had not been for his kindness I very much doubt it would have remained there, until I managed to return almost two hours later.
Please will you pass on how grateful I am. I am trying to phone to pass on my thanks too, but at present to lines are busy.
I would also like to praise your staff that are delivering our post and parcels in the dreadful weather we are experiencing at this time.
As a service you receive enough bad press, but it needs recognising how hard working they are too!
