Can you advertise online gambling in USA

Im lookin gto start gambling site in America, but making sure i am allowed to.

Hiya Loris

I would maybe choose a different market! Online gaming laws in the States are complicated. I'm no expert, but my understanding is that you need to apply for a Gaming License.

How it stands in the fact you are outside of the US, I'm not so sure.
