Many western friends may feel uncomfortable(if i may say so) when i am talking about made-in-China items. Because they may had bad experience before in doing business with Chinese suppliers. All i wanna say is that they did not really find the right supplier for them or they failed to access the legitimate supplier through a pool of suppliers,real or fake. It is safe to say that every successful business is with scammers. Traps are found everywhere, online or off line. To get business started, the most important thing is to establish trust. But how to do that? They are some ways for us to do this. 1. We come to the Trade Fair. We talk with buyers at site. Personal experience will make your judge if it is a quality supplier. We may take you to our factory if you are available. 2.To make our website professional. People involved in business will easily identify is we are professional or not just by clicking on our web link and read some parts. So if they dont come to meet us at trade fair, this may help buyers a lot to distinguish if we are qualified for a supplier role. 3. To get registered at alibaba and get verified by alibaba. Because alibaba has been widely approved by the businesses from all over the world. Alibaba has earned a good reputation worldwide. Alternatively, we can register at globalsource. It is another trustable b2b. It will check the applicant again and again. It means an applicant will go through many check ups before they are verified as a member. But there are fewer members there on globalsource than on alibaba. If you found sth too good to be true, just stay away from it, or else you will be scammed. Scammers will take advantage of people's greedy and make good use of it. It means everybody wants to buy quality stuff at low price. To tell you the truth, NO WAY. You can not buy good stuff at alarmingly low price. Dont get regretted after you get the stuff you ordered. The scammers are disgusting. They have spoiled the trading atmosphere. Even legitimate suppliers suffer from this. But think about it, some buyers also have been doing business with suppliers in China? Are they afraid of getting scammed? Yes, so we are here to discuss how to build up trust. Most supplier(legitimate suppliers) really wanna do business on the basis of honesty and sincerity. When scammers get involved in, things become sophisticated and complicated. The scammers messed up the atmosphere.Nevertheless, we still believe that MOST people are honesty and trustworthy. I have recepted and treated many overseas friends who are friendly,interesting and easy-going. I love their frankness. They dont beat the bush when we are talking. Our conversation is always focused. I think it is pretty good. So, in my point of view, the people who are afraid of scammers could be divided into two groups. 1. They have been once scammed and they got hurt. So they have learned a lesson and will try their best to avoid repeation of being scammed. So it is very hard for them to trust anyone from the scammers' country. It is reasonably understandable. 2. They are influenced by others' words saying that there are many scammers from a place,namely, China. They may doubt it. They will believe it when a lot of people say it again and again. An old chinese saying goes, truth can be changed into lies when many people hold that the truth is a lie, and vice versa. As time goes by, it will be orally spreaded. And the opinion will be rooted in their mind. So people will misunderstand and misread. |
