This week I'm planning to start my first official company: "High Ram VSP". It will be a webhosting company located in Belgium. I will do the financial & support side of the business and I'll employ an US citizin for the technical side. I have contacted the local authorities for registring the employee and they've told me I should register this employee in the US (he's from Arizona). Could you provide me some information about the taxes involved on employees? And where can I register an employee?
