They have now been taken over by city sprint!  What do you think? are you going to use city sprint or move to another national courier service? City sprint have the biggest market share in the courier industry! But they are not deemed the best!thumbsdown It means that other smaller national 'better' courier companies will see new some new customers! 
In my last role, we used City Sprint for our Courier work but found it far too expensive to warrant continual use of it. We shopped around and are now using a more local 'smaller' company but found personal service and overall quality much much better. Hopefully there is enough work out for there for everyone.... Steve

Steve” One of our suppliers uses Lewis Day to collect from us and deliver back to us. I didn't realise that they had been taken over. For our own deliveries, we have also shopped around and use a smaller company who give us better prices and a good service. Being a small company ourselves, I always prefer to give our work to smaller companies that appreciate the business, just as we would. Personally, though, I confess to being guilty of purchasing my own goods from Amazon most of the time. As much as I would like to give smaller suppliers the business, none of them seem to be able to compete with the prices and user-friendly site of Amazon. Holborn Direct Mail 020 8683 7155
I am always sad when yet another independent courier disappears. Lewis Day did have a small branch near us in manchester and seemed to give good service to their customers.Lets hope we pick up a few customers! |
